Hi, I'm Nour

My name means light in Arabic, and capturing light has been at the heart of my photography for as long as I can remember.

My journey began as a young girl, fascinated by the way light transforms a moment. It truly ignited the day I spent my very first paycheck on a DSLR camera. From then on, I was hooked — photographing everything around me, experimenting, learning, and falling more in love with the craft every day.

Over time, my passion naturally led me to food photography. I’ve always been drawn to the stories that meals carry — the cultures behind them, the people who make them, the memories they create. Some of my favorite moments happen in the little kitchen I share with my husband and our two boys, where flour flies, laughter fills the air, and many of my most inspired photos are born.

Based in Jersey City, NJ, I capture the magic in every dish — from cozy home-cooked meals to beautifully plated creations. My goal is to bring warmth, light, and story into every image, helping others see their food in a whole new way.
